Debora Caporale is the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Watermark Trade.  She directs company operations to facilitate implementation of the business goals and objectives of Watermark Trade. Her professional experience includes over thirty-five years in the areas of corporate agreements, finance, policy, risk management, human resources, and trade and customs project management.

Debora’s practical leadership in the company is based on her decision-making skills and experience with the many facets of company operations and her previous background in the role of an active FTZ grantee. She understands the business requirements not just from the corporate lens, but also from the perspective of FTZ industry requirements.

Debora is a PMI Certified Associate Project Manager with experience in corporate operations, international trade, foreign-trade zones, and customs-related projects.  She is a current member of the Project Management Institute. 

She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, especially her two wonderful granddaughters.
